| Is my intellectual property (IP) safe with Pixel Masters? |
Your FTP folder is password protected and hidden from all other users. We take every reasonable precaution to prevent
unauthorized access to your account.
Pixel Masters official policy is that we do not look at your scenes or rendered output unless directed to do so by you;
from a practical standpoint, the volume of work we produce is simply too great for us to look at it even if we wanted to.
We do not hand out passwords or usernames via telephone or email other than through our automated "forgotten password"
page, which only sends your password to the email address that the account is registered with.

| Does Pixel-masters.com Share the Information it Receives? |
Pixel Masters maintains a secure environment for your information and data. Access to the render farm and computer systems
is available only to authorized personnel. No one at Pixel Masters will see your files, prior to rendering or after, unless
a technical support issue arises.
In the regular course of business, all rendered customer data on the farm is purged every 14 days, and all customer source
data is purged every 1 month. Pixel Masters reserves the right to shorten these schedules without notice to you. You should
download your output data within 24 hours of completion and you should not rely on Pixel Masters FTP site for backup purposes
for your source data.
Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others,
period. We share customer information only as follows:

Business Transfers In the unlikely event that Pixel Masters, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer
information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Protection of Pixel-masters.com and Others We release account and other personal information when we believe release is
appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply to other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Pixel
Masters, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection
and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally
identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.

All credit card information is held by Paypal and processed accordingly using encrypted secure procedures. Pixel Masters do not retrieve or hold your
card details as the payments are processed directly by Paypal.
