Pixel masters remote render farm uses prepaid render credit point system for rendering orders. Customers are required to purchase necessary render credit points before rendering the scene file.

To get an estimation on how many credit points may be required, customers may use our render credit estimator or contact Pixel Masters support team with the details of the scene file. The information needed to estimate the amount of credits required are as below:

1. Average time taken to render a single frame on customers' system in minutes
2. Total number of frames
3. Number of cores in customer system

• Single core - 1 core
• Dual core / Dual processor single core - 2 core
• Quad core / Dual processor dual core - 4 core
• Multi core / Dual processor quad core - 8 core

When a scene file is submitted for rendering, the file will be examined for any missing file or plugins. If there is any missing file or plugins, our support team will contact you with the details.
